Last Tuesday I spent my afternoon at my mom's preschool. The kids were mesmerized by my cast and crutches for the first few minutes, but my injury was quickly out-shined by my play-doh skills. I didn't realize how much I've missed working with the little little ones. Maybe I'll look into preschool and childcare programs in Washington when we get back. Play-doh and puzzles and hugs are certainly easier than essays and dress code and standardized tests. Of course, there are the temper tantrums too. You win some you lose some.
